Well, folks, it’s finally here. Whether you’re a fan of the Season of Pumpkin Spice or a warm weather aficionado, fall is officially upon us. And as the days start to shorten and 2019 begins its final slide into the new year, now is the perfect time to take stock of your own needs and begin putting together a fall self care plan.
In the immortal words of one Joseph Tribbiani, “How you doin’?” Are you taking care of yourself? Or are you putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own? Before you take care of everyone else, are you remembering to put your oxygen mask on first?
